Giving Back, Moving Forward with Coaching

For more than a quarter century, we have provided training, facilitation and coaching. My sensitivity to fiscal responsibility comes from an 11-year career in Education, three years working at our local hospice and all my consulting experiences with a diverse list of corporate, government and nonprofit entities. Regardless of the type of organization, I have learned first-hand the importance of managing both financial and people resources to maximum value.

In an expression of our gratitude, we have been giving back to nonprofits on both our 20th and 25th anniversaries (respectively through our “20 in ‘19” and “Silver in ‘24” programs) with offerings in our area, here in Southwest Florida.

Since our extensive business success has come from organizations of all types around the country, we would like to expand this gift to your community by providing a pro bono series of four executive/leadership coaching sessions to organizations such as yours.

Executive/Leadership Coaching is a professional process that supports business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, managers front-line supervisors and their employees. The focus can be on interacting with others (interpersonally) or on individual issues (intrapersonally).
