When it comes to online training, we believe it must be easy and accessible. Our eLearning platform is simple and it is available 24/7 online and on mobile for iOS & Android. This allows flexibility to learn anytime, anywhere.
Our eLearning course on Harassment Prevention Training offers two versions - one for all staff (one hour) and one for supervisory staff (two hours). At the end of the course, each participant is awarded a certificate of completion.
Currently, seven states (California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, New York, Washington), the District of Columbia, and the City of New York have legislated mandatory workplace harassment prevention training. This must take place at least once every two years for employers in both public and private sectors. Employers who must comply will vary among the jurisdictions based on the number of employees and other factors. Other states like Colorado, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont encourage but do not require sexual harassment training. The remaining states consider anti-harassment training a best practice.
Traditionally, many employers regardless of legislation, have offered these types of training to bring awareness through continuing education.
Our program is based on the provisions set by California which has the greatest detail. This allows our programs to easily cover all the requirements in other locations and remain compliant to revised or new legislation.
