Time Management:

You’re Only Human

· Goal Setting,Time Management,Results

No matter what any of us try - we still only have 24 hours in a given day, and some of those we spend sleeping. Do you have days when you feel it just isn’t enough? There will always be days where things happen that are unplanned and take can upset the most planned schedule.

When you see it happening, take a deep breath or maybe two. Accept the fact that you are doing the best that you can in the moment. Prioritize and re-prioritize again. Tomorrow is a new day and a chance to start fresh.

For some the biggest challenge is letting go of the need to be perfect or of disappointing others. Remember you are only human. Learn to expect the unexpected. And learn each time something throws you off your axis, how you respond so that you can better the next time; and if you don’t – it’s still OK.

To learn more about yourself and how can better manage the time that you do have each day, consider our program: "Full Plate? Becoming the Master of Your Time and Energy"

"You may have a fresh start any moment you choose,

for this thing that we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down." - Mary Pickford
