Worrying: A True Waste of Energy

A while back, it had been shared with me that there are three things that are truly a waste of our time and energy: Worry, Fear and Anger. Think about them and possibly how often you go to any of these emotions. It’s human to do so, but it’s probably in our best interest to move away from these feelings as quickly as possible.
