In just another week, we will have completed the first quarter for 2024. If you are like me, it’s also a time to review quarterly goals.
Taking a pulse, checking one’s progress on annual goals, is crucial to evaluating if one is on track and heading in the right direction. Goals that are set several months in advance may need to be adjusted depending on the current climate. If something was relevant then, is it still? Are there obstacles that need to be overcome and if so, how? Are there new opportunities that we didn’t foresee at the onset?
